1. Acceptance of Terms

If you submit any content, feedback, or suggestions to UniVerse (collectively, “User Content”), you grant UniVerse a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, modify, display, distribute, or create derivative works from such content in any media or platform. You agree that any User Content you submit is non-confidential and will not infringe on the rights of any third parties.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, title, and authority to grant the rights described above and that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Termination of Access
UniVerse may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in illegal activities, or cause harm to UniVerse or other users. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Site will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia.
